These terms govern your use of the Billiamo website at billiamo.app, including the waitlist signup. By using this site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms.
About this site
This site is currently a pre-launch waitlist for Billiamo, an upcoming invoicing product for European freelancers. Billiamo is not yet a live product. We do not currently offer financial services, custody of crypto-assets, payment processing, or any regulated activity. No purchases can be made, and no funds can be transferred through this site.
The waitlist
Signing up for the waitlist does not create a contract for services. Joining the list means we may contact you about Billiamo's launch, early access, and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you, or by emailing hello@billiamo.app.
References on this site to "founder pricing for the first 100 users" and "free forever for the first 10" describe our launch intentions and are not binding offers. Final pricing, eligibility, and access terms will be set at product launch and communicated to waitlist members at that time.
Forward-looking information
This site describes a product under development. Features, integrations, country coverage, regulatory positioning, and launch timing described on this site reflect our current plans and may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding commitment to deliver specific features by specific dates.
Intellectual property
The Billiamo name, wordmark, logos, copy, and design on this site are owned by [YOUR LEGAL NAME] or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them without prior written permission, except for fair use such as quoting from the site for journalism, research, or commentary.
